Fìkh Kǐn Èw (/kɪn/ /ɤw/ [sharp; acute; steep] [trail]) is a subtropical Town located in Kosajumivi Zone, Dewlǐq District, within the Federation of Alveria.

The name Fìkh Kǐn Èw is derived from the Constructi language, as Fìkh Kǐn Èw was founded by Hebrealyn Brêrthepí, who was culturaly Constructi.

Climate

Fìkh Kǐn Èw has a yearly average temperature of 26°C (78°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 30°C (86°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 23°C (73°F). Overview

Fìkh Kǐn Èw was founded durring the early 9th century, by Hebrealyn Brêrthepí. The establishment of Fìkh Kǐn Èw suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Fìkh Kǐn Èw which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.

Fìkh Kǐn Èw was built using the conventions of Constructi durring the early 9th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Fìkh Kǐn Èw is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

Fìkh Kǐn Èw is is constructed arround a series of restrictive cobblestone mainstreets which form overlapping circles, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to eachother at varrious points. The town has a fortified albit thin brick wall. The wall has most of the feeatures of a typical castle wall, just on a much smaller scale and and budget. Notably brick isn't a particuarly soild choice for resisting siege weapons. Fìkh Kǐn Èw's wall wouldn't hinder a proper army, but it is more than sufishent for bandits and other small marauding groups. Fìkh Kǐn Èw's monster and outlaw focused fortifications are in an unremarkable state. To some, this is the ideal sate for defences to be in. In need of absoutly nothing, and ready to serve the town as needed.

Before you’ve even set foot into the heart of Fìkh Kǐn Èw, you can smell it. The incense. It hangs about the town like a cloud. Monks, priests, and clerics are everywhere, all dedicated to the same divine, all performing the same rituals to bless and anoint buildings, streets, people, animals, you name it they are or have blessed it. The same holy symbol is everywhere too. Its on buildings, on people, and even branded into livestock. This certainly loves its divine. Asside form the revrent worship, you can see the citizens are preparing for something, and that something isn’t good. Weapons are worn openly. Defensive structures have been recently constructed to guard less used areas of the town. Merchants seem very eager to sell their wares at discount prices. Something is coming.

Civic Infrastructure

Fìkh Kǐn Èw has an Office of Civil Vicary, which is responsible for providing a livelyhood for all officialy recognised religious figures within Fìkh Kǐn Èw.

Fìkh Kǐn Èw has a Gravedigger's Guild, which is responsible for collecting the dead and laying them to rest according to all applicable laws and religious customs.

Fìkh Kǐn Èw has a Guild of Nurses, which is tasked with caring for the elderly and infirm in accordance with local ordinances, religious values, and customs.

Fìkh Kǐn Èw has a Highwayman's Guild, which is tasked with maintaining the roads and highways leading into town as well as keeping them safe for travelers.

Fìkh Kǐn Èw has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Fìkh Kǐn Èw's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.

Fìkh Kǐn Èw possesses a Galvanic Power Grid, which brings galvanic current to most if not all buildings in town, and permits a great many consumer goods to function within the Town. Fìkh Kǐn Èw's grid is powered by hydrogalvanic generators.

Fìkh Kǐn Èw has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.

Fìkh Kǐn Èw has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.

Cultural Notes

While Fìkh Kǐn Èw might ostensibly be ruled by some other power, real control lies with the senior members of the local craft and labor guilds. Their decisions have the practical weight of law, and much of their time and effort is spent squeezing out competitors and parceling out economic opportunities in the community. Some guilds might have little or nothing to do with their original trade, and now exist purely as shells for political influence.

Fìkh Kǐn Èw's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is best known for its striking sculptural forms and often dazzling ornamental detail that characterizes the buildings general shape. The radiant colors, rich patterns, and symmetrical silhouettes employed by this style were backed up by rich decorative features including gardens, courtyards, extruded arches, domes, pointed domes, vaulted ceilings, elaborate painted and inlaid designs, and decorative sculptures.
